Terms of service

By placing an order with Flowers in The Towers, you agree that you have completed all the recipient details required for a successful delivery on your selected delivery date. You agree that if any details provided are incorrect and the delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt as a result of incorrect delivery details provided that a $15 re-delivery fee will be charged in the event that we are required to attempt a second delivery after contact has been made with the sender to confirm delivery details.

You also agree by accepting our terms and conditions that we have a substitution policy for all flowers and vessels and reserve the right to substitute where necessary as a result of season availability. All flowers pictured in each of our selections are for display purposes only and will be designed by our florist as closely as possible to pictured. Some flowers pictured may not be available to us at the time of ordering so substitutions may take place in this instance however we will always endeavour to create to the colour scheme as closely as possible as well as ensuring each selection is created to the value or higher amount of each selection when substitutes are required. If for some reason we simply can not create an offering you have selected due to being completely out of stock of particular flowers, ie: native wildflowers, contact will be made to notify you and alternative options discussed prior to any order being fulfilled.
