Shipping Policies

• All orders placed before noon will be delivered on the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• If Flowers in The Towers are unable to access the property due to weather, pets or other circumstances out of our control Flowers in The Towers reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery or collection from the store. This may incur a fee.
• If the recipient is not in attendance, Flowers in The Towers reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery or collection from the store. This may incur a fee.
• If the delivery address is incorrect and Flowers in The Towers is unable to deliver, Flowers in The Towers reserves the right to contact the sender or recipient to arrange correct delivery. This may incur a fee.
• Deliveries within Charters Towers are charged a delivery fee of $15
• Deliveries within Hughenden or Richmond are charged a delivery fee of $45
  
• Deliveries on peak holidays (Including but not limited to: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc) may incur an additional surcharge to cover staff wages.
