Thank you for choosing Flowers in The Towers for your floral needs. We strive to provide the best products and services, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following Refunds & Return Policy to understand our guidelines for refunds, returns, and shipping.
1.Unhappy with Your Purchase:
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to request a refund or return, please contact us at hello@flowersinthetowers.com.au within the same day of the purchase. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
– The request is made within the same day of the purchase.
– The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
– The product does not match the description provided.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.
4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Delivery Exceptions:
No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and delivered on the next business day.
6. Shipping Policies
All orders placed before noon will be delivered on the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
If Flowers in The Towers are unable to access the property due to weather, pets or other circumstances out of our control Flowers in The Towers reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery or collection from the store. This may incur a fee.
If the recipient is not in attendance, Flowers in The Towers reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery or collection from the store. This may incur a fee.
Deliveries within Charters Towers are charged a delivery fee of $15
Deliveries within Hughenden or Richmond Hill are charged a delivery fee of $45
