Why should I choose Flowers in the Towers? Flowers in the Towers is all about delivering beautiful fresh flowers, preserved blooms + all sorts of sweet treats & gifts within Charters Towers at affordable prices. We are here to take the stress out of flower ordering for you. Sending flowers has never been made easier!

What days do you deliver and where? We deliver anywhere within a 10klm radius of the Charters Towers CBD, Monday through to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Our delivery charge is a flat fee of $10 within a 10klm radius of Charters Towers. Deliveries outside the 10klm radius of Charters Towers CBD (special zoned) can be arranged by calling us on 0467 312 638. A small additional delivery fee will apply for special zoned deliveries.

When will my order be delivered? We run deliveries twice daily, to an AM and a PM schedule. All our deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm for both commercial and residential properties.

Where are you located? In Charters Towers Qld of course! 177 Gill Street, down the main strip. Just look for the white building with the pink awning, that's where we at. Ample, convenient and easy parking right at our front door!

Can I order extra gift items? Yes, Yes & Yes! Simply just select what else you wish to order and add the additional items you wish to send with your flower order. All gift items will be beautifully gift-wrapped for free!

What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery arrives or Flowers in the Towers are unable to gain access to the property? No worries! If the recipient isn't home we will leave the flowers in shady spot if we deem safe otherwise if not we will leave a calling card in the recipients letter box/gate for them to contact us to re-arrange delivery at another suitable time. If we are unable to gain access to the property then again a calling card will be left in the recipients letter box for them to contact us to arrange collection or re-delivery at another suitable time. Please note: an additional delivery fee may be payable if we are unable to deliver successfully at the first attempt.

How can I pay for my order? You can pay for your order using our checkout options online with a credit card or pay using AFTERPAY (buy now, pay later) through our online store. Otherwise alternatively you can phone us direct to place your order and pay over the phone using a credit card or pop down and see us.
